Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving Week started out eventfully, with the Bay Area dealing with the smoke/debris and poor air quality as a result of the fire that destroyed Paradise, California.  After about 10 days of trying to stay indoors and searching for cleaner air, the rain came the day before Thanksgiving and the air returned back to being in the healthy, "normal" range.

Bret and his family came to celebrate the holiday with us from Wednesday through Sunday, and we were happy to hang out with each other and catch up!  Activities included: a trip to the movies (Wreck It Ralph 2), a visit to an old-school arcade, watching Paga and Uncle Bret compete in a racketball tournament in Stockton, going to the Stanford/Cal volleyball game, and, of course, food.  It was here and gone way too soon, and we're trying to figure out when we can all get together again.
