Soccer is back in full swing! It was a lot to go from doing nothing to having three full schedules filled with practice and games.
Jack was on the U8 rec team with Dad as his coach again this year, and Sister Lee as the assistant coach. Their team was slow to warm, but they got better and better as the season went on. That's the whole point, right?!
Hank had another full season on the 2013 Boys' Orange Team. They won their Gold Division League, came 2nd in a Halloween tournament and finished 2nd in the Premier 2 Boys' State Cup Tournament. Hank continues to put in work on defense and is gaining more confidence as he goes!
Lyla was back in action with the 2010 Girls' Orange Team. They changed color names but the team of gals remains he same. They won their Bronze Division League, played in Las Vegas in a Pre-NPL tournament, and finished 2nd in the Bronze 2 Girls' State Cup Tournament. Lyla continues to work on speed and team coordination to set up her teammates for success.
We are excited to have a few months off before games start back up again. We'll be ready when it comes, though, in 2022!
