Thanksgiving was a pretty low-key event for us this year. We stayed in town, and Uncle Bret and his family came to us! Since Jack is so little still, I spent a large chunk of time at the house with a sleeping baby, but we still got in a pretty good visit. We took some days trips to playgrounds, parks, California Academy of Sciences, and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Most of the time was spent spending some quality time with one another, and I was perfectly happy with that. We parted ways very sad that we couldn't be together longer, but we're happy to have seen them and looking forward to visiting them in Utah next time!
