No long weekend seems to be able to pass without lots of activities going on for us, and Labor Day weekend was no exception. Saturday I took the kids to the Jelly Belly Factory with a friend and her kids while Dustin spent the day boating with the youth in the ward. After the tour was over for us, some room on a boat so we joined Dustin out on the delta for a little fun in the sun. Monday night, we had over a bunch of friends from church that live around our neighborhood over for a Family Home Evening lesson and lots of s'mores making. The kids never cease to amuse us, and that night was no exception. They quickly seemed to congregate in our little backyard playhouse and crammed as many kids as could fit in there for most of the night. We ended the weekend no a downer with Dustin going out of town for the week, but we're so glad we got in some good quality family time before the reality of another work week got underway.
