We are always game for "normal" activities, so when the chance to go down to Watsonville for some apple picking came up, we jumped at the chance to go! We took Maga and Paga with us and left Dad at home to get caught up on work. We met the Lee family down there and got busy picking apples, tomatoes and carrots. It was warm! The kids had a great time, masked and all. Since we were close, we swung by Gizdich Ranch to buy more pies than is necessary and ate some in the car right away. We settled for dinner at In-N-Out Burger, eating in the parking lot together. It was friends, sunshine, produce, and burgers. It was quite a satisfying Saturday.
