Lyla's baptism weekend was a whirlwind of activity! We had so much family in town: Grammy, Pa, and Aunt Emma flew in Friday morning, Uncle Aaron and crew came in at lunchtime the same day, Uncle Bret and family came mid-afternoon, and Uncle B's family came a little before noon on Saturday. We were a packed house and we loved it! There was much family socializing, eating, watching Hank's soccer game, participating in Lyla's baptism, and a BBQ/birthday celebration for Lyla Saturday evening. There was a lot of coming and going and it was too short but we'll take everyone for as long as they can stay! Lyla's baptism had the following program:
Opening Song: Teach Me to Walk in the Light
Opening Prayer: Hank Tillman
Pianist: Melissa Grow
Chorister: Katie Tillman
Talk on Baptism: Sherie Tillman
Baptism of Lyla
Baptism Performed by: Dustin Tillman
Witnessed by: Max Keough & Hank Tillman
Interlude music performed by Kathy Sandford

Confirmation of Lyla

It was such a sweet, tender, spiritual experience and very fitting for such a special little girl. We love you Lyla!
