Jack's First Baby Food

Jack got the blessing for the pediatrician to get started on baby food as soon as he got his digestive issues with his formula cleared up.  He finally got things under control just after he turned 5 months, so on Saturday, January 30, 2016 Jack had his first baby food - oatmeal!  Not the most exciting or flavorful (and he didn't feel too well), but he took to it better than I expected.  In less than a week of starting on food, he quickly became quite the master at pushing food with his tongue to the back of his mouth for swallowing, and he's a super efficient eater.  Jack has been interested in food for some time, and he's already having a love affair with food.  Here's to many happy foodie memories baby boy!
