Keough Visit Weekend

Last weekend we took a trip down to Fresno to visit Ellen's brother, Aaron, and his family. While down there we enjoyed scorching hot temperatures, along with taking in Max's first soccer game AND got to see Max participate in his first-ever Primary program. He did a great job, and we were a proud Aunt and Uncle. Of course, we also loved spending time with Kristen, Aaron, Sadie, and Charlie - always good to sneak in a visit to family!


No trip to Fresno would be complete without a dip in the pool. How do people survive in the desert?! It's so stinking hot all the time, but getting to swim around in the pool is a nice perk of having all that hot weather.

We were so excited to see Max's first ever soccer game! The kids provided us with much entertainment, including picking up the ball and running with it, kicking the ball toward the wrong goal, and many other funny incidents that are associated with kids learning to play soccer. I don't know how they all could run around when it was a sweltering 11o degrees outside, but they did amazingly well!

Lyla loved playing with her cousins. I'm not sure how thrilled they were when she started mauling them though!
