For Veteran's Day everyone had the day off school and work, and we were trying to figure out how to both get a lot of things done AND have fun as a family. We started the morning doing many, many chores around the house that needed to get done and I put the kids right to work! This may have been the most manual labor I've put them through in one morning, but it all paid off because once the work was finished we all went out to Livermore for a trip to Boomers! We did bumper boats, go-karts, laser tag, mini golf, and rock climbing. The kids all had quite a bit of fun, and I think the parents felt the same way. We are always excited when we come across something fun and this was a big hit!
